Flaunt Design Terms & Conditions as at 1st January 2006.

When using the Flaunt Design website, it's services and information, or by ordering a product you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Flaunt Design may modify these terms and conditions, and/or product prices, as well as discontinue, modify or change the services offered.
  
  
• Images are illustrative only and are not always to scale. Colours may vary due to colour settings of onscreen display, or of printed materials.
  
  
• Payments can be made using Direct Bank Deposit, AUD personal cheques, bank cheques, money orders and Credit Cards using PayPal payment system.
  
  
• Orders are shipped only after payment in full is cleared.
  
  
• We only offer a credit or exchange (but not a refund) for any unused goods returned at the customers expense within 14 days of purchase. Goods returned after 14 days of purchase will only be accepted at Flaunt Design's discretion & may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  
  
• No refunds except in accordance with the Trade Practices Act.
  
  
• Flaunt Design uses Express Post & Courier services for delivery, and while all efforts are made to ensure swift delivery, delivery times can not be guaranteed.
  
  
• Flaunt Design will assign approved Stockists a login and password, which will provide Stockists with access to an online Account accessed via the Login menu. The Account is for listing products, services, prices and information only. Flaunt Design will advise the Stockist of correct operational procedures via a welcome email.
  
  
• The Stockist will not share information contained within the Account area with any un-authorised persons or businesses.
  
  
• The Account availability commences on the date of the welcome email and may be cancelled by either Flaunt Design or the Stockist at anytime by written notification via mail or email.
